Client Account Manager & Content Creator

Job Summary:

As a Client Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the planning, preparation, and execution of their events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in event management. You’ll also play a key role in enhancing our brand's visibility through social media marketing, requiring creativity and a willingness to be in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to post-event follow-up.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budgets.

  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and production schedules.

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to meet client expectations.

 

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Assist with on-site event setup, management, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth execution.

  • Provide creative input to elevate event concepts and designs.

  • Monitor and manage event budgets to align with client specifications.

Social Media and Content Creation:

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, and live streams.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Be comfortable appearing on camera to create content, host live sessions, or share behind-the-scenes moments.

Brand Development:

  • Support marketing efforts to enhance the company’s visibility and reach within the event industry.

  • Collaborate on promotional campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for brand growth through events and social media trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in event planning, account management, or a related field (internships or freelance work also considered).

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

    • Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

    • Comfortable being on camera and speaking to an audience.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with event management software and analytics tools is a plus.

  • Personality: Energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Event Technician

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Employment Type: Full-Time

 

Have a passion for high-end events, audio & lighting? 

We are an independent, rapidly growing events production company based in Reading Berkshire supplying services to high-end weddings & events in the surrounding areas and London.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for weddings & high-end events.

The main aspects of the role will be working alongside our team of talented DJs & Acts; helping with their equipment set up, lighting, dancefloor installations, photobooth operations and general crew aspects. Good technical knowledge is preferred, full training will be provided if featuring no experience in this field.

The candidate must hold a clean driving licence due to multiple event locations. Due to the nature of our work the individual must be happy to work evenings/weekends.

This will be a client-facing role; the individual will need to have an enthusiastic professional personality and flexibility to meet clients' proposals.

This is a perfect role for an individual looking to build a career in event production.
